The lineup for the late-August run (Aug 21–30) at Ueno's Suzumoto Engeijo has been announced

The Rakugo Association's official website has posted the regular program for the late-August run (August 21 to 30) at Ueno's Suzumoto Engeijo. In the daytime show, Rocket-dan, Kokontei Bungiku, Shunputei Ichinosuke, Irifunetei Sen'yu and others appear on alternating days, and after the intermission Hayashiya Hikoichi, Sanyutei Hakucho, Kokontei Shinsuke and others take the stage. The closing act (tori) is Yanagiya Hanji. In the evening show, Fudo Matsubara, Yanagiya Koen, Gokaido Unsuke and others are lined up, with Sanyutei Tendon, Shunputei Hyakuen, Hayashiya Rakuichi and others gathering after the intermission, and Sumidagawa Baseki serving as the tori. The venue is at 2-7-12 Ueno, Taito Ward. It is a 1-minute walk from Exit A3 of Ueno-hirokoji Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and a 5-minute walk from the north exit of JR Okachimachi Station — an easy spot to reach from Asakusa as well. Please note that performers may change suddenly due to circumstances, so it's reassuring to check the official website before buying tickets.
