Craft Sake "Konohana no Jozosho" Relocates from Komagata to Asakusa, Brewing Space Triples
"Konohana no Jozosho," which has been brewing mainly doburoku (unrefined sake) in Komagata, is relocating to Asakusa 4-chome and will hold its grand opening on September 18th together with the attached restaurant "ALL(W)RIGHT ―sake place―." The move comes as a result of the building being vacated, and the new location has expanded the brewing space to about 3 times its previous size, with the koji room expanded about 4.5 times. Production volume remains almost unchanged, but the new space features an open layout with a U-shaped counter and private rooms. Going forward, they say they plan to work on tours for visitors to Japan as well as product development making use of doburoku. Business hours are 17:00–22:30 (from 15:00 on weekends), closed on Mondays. Announced on September 16, 2026.
