Silkscreen Hand-Printing Workshop Held at Kotomonomichi in Oshiage

On September 19 and 20, a silkscreen printing workshop where you can print patterns onto fabric will be held at Kotomonomichi Tokyo store in Narihira, Sumida Ward. The instructor is Kanbara Screen, a print processing company based in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. Participants get to choose their favorite colors and patterns, and hand-print them onto a handkerchief and a pouch or patch. The store is currently also hosting a pop-up for "SUiRU," a brand created by Kanbara Screen and Cement Produce Design, and this workshop was planned to let visitors experience that very technique firsthand. Each session lasts 60 minutes, with a capacity of 6 people, and the participation fee is 4,500 yen. The workshop is open to ages 10 and up, with children required to be accompanied by a guardian. Reservations are being accepted until September 27. Announced on September 15, 2026.
