Asakusa & Minami-Senju Konjaku (Past and Present) Festival — A Stamp Rally Around the Shopping Streets and Three Events
As part of the Reiwa 6 (2024) wide-area support shopping street project "Asakusa & Minami-Senju Liveliness Creation Project," the "Asakusa & Minami-Senju Konjaku (Past and Present) Festival" will be held. From October 27 to November 17, a shopping street history exhibition, "Time Slip! Stories Told by the Shopping Streets," will be held on the notice board at TX Asakusa Station. Alongside it, a downtown sightseeing spot stamp rally will also take place, with three locations: beside the grand staircase of the Asakusa View Hotel (3-17-1 Nishi-Asakusa, Taito City), in front of Okuraya (5-36-11 Minami-Senju, Arakawa City), and in front of the Shopping Street Hall (1-19-1 Minami-Senju, Arakawa City). Souvenirs can be exchanged on the day of each shopping street's event, in every case from 11:00 to 16:00. On Sunday, October 27, the Minami-Senju Nakadori Toyokawa Inari Ennichi Festival will be held; on Sunday, November 10, the Joyful Minowa Nakajima Benzaiten Festival; and on Sunday, November 17, the "Kokusai-dori Tales of Past and Present" by the Asakusa Kokusai-dori Shopping Street Federation.
