Asakusa Shrine to Distribute Special Goshuin for the Chrysanthemum Festival (Choyo no Sekku)

Asakusa Shrine will be distributing a special goshuin (shrine stamp) in celebration of the Chrysanthemum Festival (Choyo no Sekku). The distribution period is for three days, from September 9th to 11th, Reiwa 8 (2026), between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The offering fee is 500 yen, and distribution will end once supplies run out. There is a limit of one per person, and since it is directly applied to your goshuincho (stamp book), you must be sure to bring your goshuincho when visiting. Please note that it will not be given on paper alone. Announced on September 6, 2026.
