Aiden in Sumida: Non-Engineer Employees Prototype System Through AI Training

At Aiden in Sumida Ward, two employees with no programming experience took AI programming training and prototyped a customer inquiry management system. The training was led by Yuta Kimura of New Dimension, known for developing "Sumi App," and completed its full schedule of four sessions totaling 8 hours on August 27. In a hands-on format using OpenAI's "Codex" and Anthropic's "Claude Code," participants also learned the basics of system development. The prototype exists on a learning server and will not be used for actual business operations, but the company says it is considering future development utilizing AI agents in-house.
