Free Admission for Local Children at 5 Taito City Museums Starting Next March

Starting March 26, 2026, admission will be free for elementary, middle, and high school students attending schools in Taito City, as well as for residents of Taito City who are of high-school age or younger, at five Taito City-run facilities: the Asakura Museum of Sculpture, Ichiyo Memorial Museum, Former Tokyo Music School Auditorium, Calligraphy Museum, and Shitamachi Museum. Visitors will need to present identification such as a My Number card or student ID. Please contact each facility directly for more details and information on closing days.
